The Wesley Powell Learning Resource Centre has various technologies available to meet the needs of our clients.  These technologies are free to use by the students, faculty and staff of the Excelsior Community College within the guidelines outlined by your library.

They include:

The Digital Common

The Digital Common can be found in the General Collection Area of our main library and houses desktops computers for research and preparation of assignments.

Media Centre

Additional desktop computers are available in this area. We also carry laptops and tablets for in-house use by our clients.  To access these resources, visit the Media Centre and speak with any of our qualified library technical assistants.

Databases

The WPLRC subscribed to several academic databases which can be access on our library websites. Visit or contact our library using our chat or email features on our main webpage to get your username and passwords for these databases.

Wifi Access

Students, faculty and staff can access wifi within the library using your assigned username and password.

Technologies At Other ECC Campuses

Desktops computers can also be accessed at our Camp Road and Wesley Grove Campus libraries.
